- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- ½ cup cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped).
Creamy Pink Sauce Pasta Instructions:
- Boil 2 liters of water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Once boiling, add 2 cups of pasta. Cook for 7 minutes or until pasta is just right. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add finely chopped garlic, slit chili, and chopped ginger. Fry for a bit. Add finely chopped onion and cook until it shrinks.
